They told me just to maintain my weight and only do the liquid diet the day prior to surgery and for two weeks after.

Does anyone else have problems with severe Constipation due to the Protein shakes?

In my support group many of the women discuss having constipation with those. They are encouraged to make sure they are getting the 96oz of Water in and taking Miralax everyday.
