Day two. Did great until 8pm. Had a pb and j :-(

I have to bring my husband and my children. Age 12 and 14 to my surgery. I feel sad that they have to see this all. Feel embarrassed and weak that I am having this done. I feel like they are going to think there's a cure for being severely overweight and eating awful and being lazy. How do you cope with this? I want my kids to be healthy. I don't think cheating is ok. I'm kinda pissed I read this post :-( my first day of opti was yesterday and I frigging messed it up bad at 8pm and ate the kitchen. Today is day two. I am starving!!! Now I think I'm gonna cheat.

I failed miserably on day one of opti. I made it to about 8pm. Then I had two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and cheese and crackers and pickles. Started again today. Hope 13 days of opti is ok too!!!!

I know why they want us to quit smoking. It's awful for ones body. I know exactly what it's doing to me. Before anyone preaches , believe me I know. Just like we all know how unhealthy it is to be massively overweight........ But I have a question I was suppose to stop smoking all together but I have not completely stopped. My surgery date is 02/25/2017 and I still have approx 3-6 cigarettes a week. Has anyone still smoked a little ? Before or after ??? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
