WHEW jsut got back from a 60 minute walk at 2 mph,

I really pushed it tonight and feel kinda sore.

feel tired again didnt really want to do ti but remmebered I was in a challange and I couldnt NOT do it.

I am in for the next chat challanger of journaling.

day 2 6 glasses today

went for my 2 week post op today and I am down a total of 17.6 pounds, 7 of it from preop and 10.6 from surgery on.

bruises almost gone, I can get up and down without pain but sitting to long at the computer makes me feel like I have been kidney punched on teh left side.am off of my metformin already too and have started purees YAHOO (dont ever puree rice it was like paste) hoep everyone else is doing great.

good morning everyone! I am banded finally! I am doing well today I got banded April 9,2009 at 7 am got released at 11:30 am went shopping at sams club then to the library then to pick up my pain meds. Im not in too much pain mostly its really uncomfortable a little gas pain tho.

IM trying to change insurance and get a different provider because the one provider that IS covered by my current plan charges a 3000$ yes thats right 3 thousand dollar program fee.
