The back pair were my pre-band jeans. Got so tight I couldn't button them up anymore. The middle pair were my pre-Body Lift jeans. They were loose by the time my surgery came up. The front pair is the pair I am wearing today. :)

Day 4 exersize challange I only got in 20 minutes today, I was walking along really enjoying it and then BOOM hit a pothole fell down scraped one knee up and hit my port with the other knee, decided it was better to turn around then keep going hurt. I hoep everyone else had better luck than I did.lol..

day 3 exersize challange WHEW jsut got back from a 60 minute walk at 2 mph, I really pushed it tonight and feel kinda sore. TO everyone else way to go!

DOIN great here ,lost a total of 20.6 of that 7 preop,havent lost any the last couple of days but its TOM time so I figured I wouldnt. You are doing GREAT!!!!!!!!! Congrats to a job well done. Hope to see you in chat soon.

went for my 2 week post op today and I am down a total of 17.6 pounds, 7 of it from preop and 10.6 from surgery on. bruises almost gone, I can get up and down without pain but sitting to long at the computer makes me feel like I have been kidney punched on teh left side.am off of my metformin already too and have started purees YAHOO (dont ever puree rice it was like paste) hoep everyone else is doing great. Bonnie
