Im the same as you @Kenralynne, 6 days post op bloated and constipated. The doctor asked me to start taking Miralax. Im 2 days in to that but still no luck what current stage of the after op diet are you on?

Water and miralax.... are you on opiate pain meds still?... it helped me a bit to get off the pain meds....

I'll have no trouble with hair loss but I did use hair and nail Gummy bears for a while

I had surgery April 8 2013 would do it all over again.Can't eat meat,creamy rich things with out getting sick,no sugar no soda...and I went from 250 to 130 and keeping it at that weight.......I'm doing the new Bariatric patch instead of pills my blood work is great
