  1. do not take tramadol!! my surgeon told me that it goes travelling straight to yoyr bowels and causes them to sleep etc. I had been prescribed them from my family Doctor and was getting really ill on them. Sent from my LG-H812 using the BariatricPal App
  2. I remember my first dumping... I had a couple bites of cake at a party and I hadn't realized how much sugar it had (I am always cautious now) I ended up having to lie down and the best way I can explain how I felt is that it felt like the sky was falling.... I went ghost white as well. horrible!!! you basically have to ride it out... well thats all that has worked for me anyway... i couldn't imagine trying to drink Water or anything during it. I do my best ti be careful about sugar and haven't experienced dumping in a long time. Sent from my LG-H812 using the BariatricPal App
