I literally could not stand taking all those Vitamins everyday. I barely could drink more than two sips of the Protein shakes. When I tried, my stomach hurt and I stayed in bed except to do my walking.

I started going backwards before Christmas. I am 19 months out . I gained 15lbs all because I found it real easy to eat soft things that didn't bother my stomach . Like fudge . A big no no . I am back on track . Now I have lost another 5 lbs and going strong
