Okay so I eat the tums candy they have mint and cherry. The Centrum chewable gummy and there was this b12 and calcium that dissolve in your mouth but they are hit and miss with the palate so definitely chewable is the way to go. I did disintegrated Vitamin into the pudding and that seemed to do the trick also. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
