Hello,
I'm new to this. I'm 28 and I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I have my gastric sleeve surgery done tomorrow. With the 2 week liquid diet I have lost 22lbs. This is this most i have ever been able to lose.

My new date is July 22nd! My original date was May 18th but they canceled the day of my preop
I was provided that date two months prior and they flew by. Here I am waiting another two months and hoping it fly's by again!

My VSG is scheduled for July 22nd and I’ve officially begun my preop liquid diet! They also started me taking Protonix to help reduce the acid in my stomach. I go Sunday for my COVID swab and not excited about that at all.

WOW, i am close to one year in and i started this journey at 306lbs and i am 191lbs. I started at a clothing size of 22 and now i am a size12. Wow wow wow!!!!! All heath issues resolved as well.

I do own a FitBit Blaze and it is awesome. I love the app because it allows you to track your food, Water intake and of course your activity! Before I purchased the Blaze, I had a FitBit Flex as well the Charge.

I called my insurance and it is officially approved! Now I will wait to see when they can schedule me and start my preop diet. This seems surreal!!

I am so pleased to say that Jan 5 marked my one month surgiversary and I am down 24 lbs from my surgery day weight of 219 lbs ( currently 195 lbs). But the real kicker is my starting weight pre op was 242 lbs so total lost is 47 lbs , yessss. Also, my birthday was Jan 5 as well and I am a beautiful 39 years young may I add. So excited and looking forward to more success in near future. My goal is 150 lbs. motivation is on point to reach it.
