  4. I’m in the same boat. These last 20lbs just don’t seem to wanna come off for nothing. Increasing your fluids may help to keep you from snacking as much.
  5. Thank you all for your input. It just sucks seeing the weight come off consistently then all of a sudden nothing. [emoji25]. I honestly think my body has just reached its weight loss limit but I’m not gonna give up.
  6. All I do is protein shakes and low Carb [emoji45]. I workout out every day at least 30 mins to an hour,sometimes two hrs. That’s why I was thinking I need to do something else. I guess it just takes time
  7. The first month is the worse. I felt the same way. It gets better and you’ll realize it was the best decision ever
  8. It’s been a year and a few weeks since my surgery. Can’t seem to get this last 10-20lbs off for nothing. Considering taking phentermine. Has anyone taken this after surgery? Is it safe? Your thoughts please. Thanks
  9. Yesss! This head hunger I’m glad to know it’s not just me. I feel like I need to be eating even if I’m not hungry. I’m sick of chicken lol.

  12. Awesome!!! I have been in a stall for about 2 months myself. Im not sure what to do. I’ve increased cardio and weight training. It’s scary that I can eat more and my appetite has increased maybe due to the added exercise

  14. Im down 98lbs since my surgery Jan 26, 2017. My goal was 100lbs I’m still pleased. I had to do iron infusions and had a kidney stone but other than that all is well.

  17. Forget to post my final weigh in but I’m at 159.2. My goal was to lose 16lbs. I lost 10.
  18. They didn’t give me flomax and I asked about straining and they said no. Last time I had one they did both but I was at a different hospital

  20. Spent Christmas Eve in the ER with kidney stones? Anyone else had this problem? Still have not passed them any suggestions? This happened to me once about 8 yrs ago the last time I did low carb, so it must have something to do with this diet
  21. I tried the bbq after someone suggest in this post. Didn’t like the after taste and consistency of the chip.
  22. I have no problem reaching my protein goal. I’m 11 months post op down 92lbs. I’ll have to try the quest chips. Tks
