Thats a long time to be there. Why so long? We had group sessions all morning then after lunch waited hours to see the md individually to schedule.

Cell phone charger, robe, socks, extra out fit ( and undies) to wear home. I ended up staying an extra day in the hospital. Soap , face wash, lotion, lip balm, deodorant tooth paste, hair brush and my own Protein shakes per my MD in case I didn't like the ones provided by the hospital. Had very bad chest pain on waking up from surgery. Still having a lot of abdominal pain 4 days post op taking pain meds every 6 hrs. I wasn't prepared for the pain. Can't find a comfortable way to sleep. I know it's gets better tho. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I woke up from surgery with the worst chest pain. Thought I was dying. That on top of the abdominal pain. Chest pain eases up the next day still having a little.
