What helped me was switching from Water to herbal tea. I had the same issues. When I started drinking tea I was all good. Now 6 days out I am back to Water

Almost 50 lbs down! Wish I would have done this sooner! Feeling so much better!
Cleared to start working out after Jan 30th. Can't wait to see the results once I get back in the gym.

3 months. I'm happy to say that I'm almost 5 months smoke free and could not be happier! Follow the instructions of your surgeon, or Do one better and stop now no matter how far away surgery may be. You will thank yourself in the long run. Good luck!

My doctor made me be smoke free for 2 months before he'd even let me begin any of the other processes so I ended up quitting in February(and he tested me) and by the time all the tests n specialist appts were done my surgery wasn't till November (and tested me again)
