Will officially be 2 months post op this Christmas Eve. HW 314 SW 247 CW 225 So far I'm doing great and happy with the steady loss and am rarely hungry. However, my appetite returns with a vengeance a week before my cycle. I swear all I want right now is a fully cheeseburger and fries. Which is hilarious by the way since I know I wouldn't be able to get past the first bite of burger and 3 fries max

I couldn't stomach Premier Protein or GENEPRO. My NUT recommended these and they go down so much easier for me!
