PMS is still a Beyotch!

Will officially be 2 months post op this Christmas Eve. HW 314 SW 247 CW 225 So far I'm doing great and happy with the steady loss and am rarely hungry. However, my appetite returns with a vengeance a week before my cycle. I swear all I want right now is a fully cheeseburger and fries. Which is hilarious by the way since I know I wouldn't be able to get past the first bite of burger and 3 fries max

I secretly harbored an unrealistic hope that my sleeve surgery would stop my period. Not a chance, lol. Aunty Flo still making monthly visits!

i have cravings also. It is hard but i make sure i have healthy foods to snack on to keep my mind off my cravings. That and i chew sugar free gum to help me stop snacking
