What foods don't agree with your stomach?
Anything sweet makes me super nauseous! I had a huge sweet tooth before and now I can’t really eat sweet stuff or I regret it

Third week stall details !
Mine lasted for about 10 days before I saw a change. I actually even gained 1.5 pounds and totally freaked out! Called my dr and they told me that it was just a normal part of the healing process. If it lasts much longer I would call your dr and see what they suggest! Good luck!

Is this what regret feels like or is just a phase?
It's a phase. I went through it too. I'm almost at 10 weeks post op and I have days where I think to myself "what was I thinking" but then I get on the scale and I see the numbers and how my clothes that use to be tight are now way to big and I remember why I did it and can see the progress I've made. The liquids phase was super rough but you will get through it. I know it feels like you will never have food again (trust me I was right there too) but you will. I remember the first "soft" food I had was a scrambled egg and it was the best one of my whole life LOL and I was never really a fan of scrambled eggs to begin with. It's weird how you begin to really appreciate food once you can start eating it. Keep your head up! I promise it gets better!

Please advise me on a vitamin that won't make me ill
I had this same problem as well and what worked for me was the PatchMD multi vitamin patches that they sell on this website. No sick feeling and my blood work looked amazing for the first time in years! I highly recommend! Alcohol
If it wasn't my husband's daughter I totally would skip it. Trust me I wish skipping wouldn't have worse implications than going.
-
Alcohol
Agreed not suppose to use food/ alcohol to cope which I haven't so far but being in room with a group of people who dislike me and who I'm not totally fond of either makes me super anxious. I just need something to take the edge off a little so I can relax and try to enjoy myself. Totally didn't think about the carbonation. I've stayed away from it completely since my surgery on June 29th. Maybe I'll just BYOB my own wine lol

Alcohol
When did everyone start drinking again? My surgeon's office said to wait 3 months post op. I'm not wanting to overindulge but I would like to enjoy a mimosa at the baby shower I'm going to in a couple weeks because heavens knows I will need help getting through it.

How much weight did everyone loss within the first month???
I just got release to start my work outs but I was walking 30 minutes a day. As far as diet, most days I still have at least 1 protein shake. I have been really diligent about eating my protein first. I have "slipped" a couple times with trying to have some ice cream (sweets were totally my thing) but every time I end up feeling so sick, even to the point of throwing up once. So I've really almost cut out sweets completely since they make me feel awful. I usually only drink water since crystal light seems to give me heart burn and so does coffee (both which almost make me sad lol).

Going back to work Post Op
I had surgery on 6/29 and went back after my post op appointment 7/10. I was ready for the most part but was tired by the end of the day

Surgery stories???
I thought the pain was very manageable. The worst part for me was the gas pains but once those were gone I was fine. I had a c-section with my son and that pain was way worse!

Phase 2 Diet
Can you eat very soft veggies during this phase or do they still need to be pureed?
-
When does hunger return?
Mushy stuff hasn't bothered me much. I've only been on pureed food for 1 day as of now. The water thing has become habit as well. I just have to make sure I stop before i eat to make sure i'm getting enough nutrition.

Hey! Hey!!!
I ate about 2/3 of it. I'm struggling with know when I'm full since I still really haven't felt hungry.

Milk of magnesia worked for me. But I would take it when you can be close to a bathroom because DANG it worked. My dr also told me it could take a couple months for BM to get back to normal
