    I agree and she would still be sticking to her plan, in which she is doing great however sometimes you have to switch things up. This is just my advise and advise from experience.

    If you belong to a gym, go sit in the sauna every night for at least 10 mins. Even if you have to walk out for some cool air, go back in and keep your Water with you.

    I agree with you. I read through a few things that I thought was tacky behavior. I say ignore them and let's see where they are in a year . No one likes a bad attitude as that makes for an UGLY person no matter how much weight you lose.

    I started my exercise on day 4. Im only 11 days out. I am walking 3.5 miles as of today in 1 hr and 15 mins. I do 45 addtl mins on my 2nd walk. For me the working out just made me feel much better and I was only sore for 5 days. I have dropped 18 ponds in 11 days. I have no issue with energy at all and I get my Fluid in along with my Protein. I take liquid Vitamins and Gummy multi but nothing with more than 2 grams of sugar. I get pretty much all of my Vitamins from Amazon or costco. I made sure I walked laps every 2 hrs after surgery then when I came home I rested for 2 days. On my 4th day I started walking 2 times a day for 45 mins each. I then increased it every couple of days.

    These are all good because they are either chewable, Gummy or liquid so no trying to swallow pills.

    Just use low sodium broth. broth is considered Water so I would not weigh it with the broth

    That is great in such a short time. Don't try to rush the process. Don't get discouraged at all. There will be times where things will slow down, but it will pick back up! Good luck to you

    Isopure zero calorie Protein powder is great. The strawberries and cream and the unflavored is great. You can put it in the premier shake to get the Protein out of the way at once. I do this in the morning this way I know I have gotten all my protein in. You can also add a little Water to the shake to thin it out. I blend it in the blender. I use the strawberry and cream to add to the vanilla Protein Shake when I get tired of the vanilla.< /p>
