I make sure I get two premier Protein shakes in a day which gives me my 60 grams of protein and 22 ounces of liquid. That just leaves me 42 onces of Water to fit in...my Dr said the absolute minimum of liquid is 32 oz. Since I have reached my 60 g of protein the pressure to eat a lot is not there.
