I am 2 pounds away from my pre-op goal weight i am so freaking excited

I hope I lose a good amount I'm doing 10 days to try and make weight for my preop it's been difficult and I've had issues but yesterday and today have been good I need to lose 10 pounds by March 10th

Did u do any excerise

That's so awsome i have 2 weeks left till my last weigh in and now i have to get really strict on myself lol no more cheating

I think im on day 3 lol its getting easier at night its the hardest but i get through it

How much did yall lose on pre-op liquid diet ( ik everyone is different just curious) i started mine yesterday and have to do 3weeks if it helps im 5'6 258

Omg same with me mine is march 28th and its like all my discipline and hard work went out the window the second i got my date and what sucks is i have to lose 10 pounds by the 10th for my pre-op appt and i keep having these food funerals its horrible smh

So my surgery daye is set for 3/28/17 My pre-op appt is 3/10/17 i have to lose 10 pounds by that date or my surgery gets pushed back i started the pre-op diet for 3 weeks to attempt to shed that weight can anyone else tell me how much they have lost even if they did a 2 week liquid im stressing this and worried i wont lose in time
