I am 10 weeks post sleeve. For the first month I was very depressed, anything and everything bothered me. sleeping was an issue, being awake was an issue, when I did sleep I had terrible nightmares and woke up feeling worse than ever. When I was awake I just wanted to sleep. I felt constantly guilty because I have a fabulous support network around me but it just didn't help. As of today, I do feel better, sleeping is easier and the nightmares are fewer but my overall feeling of depression/anxiety remains. I do hope that the more I heal the more better I feel. After all this operation was and continues to be life changing.

I've smashed my Proteins daily and I can't tell anyone enough what a difference it's made, more energy, less nausea and starting to feel well again. Three weeks today since my surgery and I feel great. Thanks everyone for your help and comments. SW 25.2 stones TW 22.2 stones

I had my sleeve 19th Dec 2016 in UK. I have not vommited but once after drinking too fast I did feel the liquid into throat. I stood still took a couple of deep breaths and allowed the liquid to settle. Result it worked..won't be doing that again anytime soon. I'm only just going into my third week BUT it really is the best thing I have ever done. Yes it's hard work but stick to your dietician advice and you won't go wrong. Make 2017 your year good luck
