  4. How soon did you guys exercise after surgery? I'm not talking about walking because I do that now. I'm talking about a real workout weights, cardio, interval training....etc. Become a better you for YOU :-)
  5. I've hit a stall. I'm on my 3rd week and the scale just won't move for me either. I meet with my doctor and he said I'm on the right track, so maybe I'm expecting things to happen faster than it should. Become a better you for YOU :-)

    Apple Watch or Fitbit

I have both Apple Watch and Fitbit. I like my Fitbit better because of the app and community. The battery life on my Fitbit made me hang my Apple Watch up for good. Become a better you for YOU :-)

    This is HARD

Nice! Glad to meet someone who shares my surgery date I still have those fainting moment especially if I stand too long. I tend to feel faint every time I shower or walk upstairs. My stomach still hurts too some days are better than others though. I just order some Protein Soup that someone suggested on a different post hopefully that helps. I'm not drinking ever 15 min, but that is something I'm going to try. I believe I'm drinking 16oz of Water throughout the day plus broth. My main concern was.....Although I'm only a week out I didn't want to be resting when I should have been working out vice versa. Im losing weight at a nice rate. I just don't want to fail at this. I I'm going to attempt a stool softer to see how that works for me. Become a better you for YOU :-)

    This is HARD

Hi, I have a few questions.. How soon after surgery can you start working out? (Running, Interval training, gymnastics, etc). Although I'm overweight I'm very athletic, but I just made poor food choices. I had my surgery 12/22/2016. I've been feeling weak and struggling to get my proper Protein and Water intake in. TMI, but I've also haven't pooped since the hour before my surgery. Have anybody had troubles with proper intakes and/or going to the restroom?? I'm new to all of this and any information would be greatly appreciated ! Become a better you for YOU :-)
