but thank you for those papers! I love to read more research...

But for me the Tespo is working.. I was merely offering something that I am doing and something that I have found helpful and useful for me... because their might possibly be other people out there that are having trouble...

I think it's situational... so "most people" may or may not have trouble... I think we should only speak on what works for ourselves and not group people together... I've had problems with it... so I was just offering my experience... and it has worked for me... but thank you for your passive aggressive comment... I thought this was a place where we could openly share what works for us and what doesn't to offer others help...

Also.... not all Vitamins are the same actually... the body does not break down them all the same, and some have things in them that are not needed for the body.. they have extra "fillers" and such... like gummies are not good for Bariatric patients... also... upon researching I actually found that liquid vitamins have an absorption rate of 70-95% vs 10-20% in pill form... Vitamins in liquid form bypass the digestive process and are absorbed directly into the bloodstream, also come without a lot of the extra "fillers" and "binders"

I was merely stated what worked for ME and offering help to anyone else that may have had trouble like ME...

I had this same problem!! Jay Robb's Egg white Protein is where I have settled... and I bought them on luckyvitamin.com was the cheapest... because they are not cheap ... strawberry seriously is bomb!

I have literally been sick since surgery (12/23) I had dropped 12lbs but I felt like I couldn't be happy about it because I just felt so bad... with every swallow of ANYTHING ... after reading some things on here I switched to bone broths because they offer a lot more Protein and different flavors, and that seemed to help some but what really changed it around for me! Is when my friend suggested I went to drip doctors and see if I could get an IV .. so I went I passed on the IV but I got some Vitamin shots (because I have not been able to take the chewable ones) and literally changed the rest of my day and how I was feeling! I finally felt some relief ! And was able to get two Protein shakes in today instead of just half for a whole day!! Totally recommend people researching this in your area!

I got mine on Friday.... and I did that Isopure before surgery and found it to be gross.. Since surgery EVERYTHING makes me nauseous .. the thought of drinking that nasty stuff now makes me even more sick.
