Bone Broth and Vitamin Shots..

I have literally been sick since surgery (12/23) I had dropped 12lbs but I felt like I couldn't be happy about it because I just felt so bad... with every swallow of ANYTHING ... after reading some things on here I switched to bone broths because they offer a lot more Protein and different flavors, and that seemed to help some but what really changed it around for me! Is when my friend suggested I went to drip doctors and see if I could get an IV .. so I went I passed on the IV but I got some Vitamin shots (because I have not been able to take the chewable ones) and literally changed the rest of my day and how I was feeling! I finally felt some relief ! And was able to get two Protein shakes in today instead of just half for a whole day!! Totally recommend people researching this in your area!

  • I highly recommend the patch MD multi Vitamins and the B-12 Patches. I cannot handle oral vitamins either.

I was considering this. I go to a local iv clinic for b12 and other infusions. I'll have to set up a time to go this weekend. Thanks!
