  1. Excited and Scared

Well April 25th is fastly approaching and i am both excited and scared, excited to start a new chapter in my life but scared of the actual surgery. I have only been put under anesthesia once in my life when i was about 4 years old to get my tonsils out and i don't even remember it. I am required to have a 1 month medifast diet before my surgery and i am currently in week 2 of that and its KILLLLING me i have slightly cheated but nothing like in the past and i have lost a total of 11lbs which feels so good! When i went to my doctors appt on Wednesday(at that point i had lost 7lbs) to get weighed in the nurse told me it was not enough and i needed to do better i was in TOTAL shock i mean come on i have never lost that much weight in a week and i was soo proud of myself and she just bashed me down. She them stated i needed to kick it in gear so they don't reschedule my surgery, i told my friends who have had weight loss surgery this and they both said she was crazy and that i was doing a great job. The doctor gave me one month to loose 26lbs on medifast which is possible if you have ONLY shakes for 4 weeks but i get extremely sick on the shakes if i just eat those so i substitutes 3 shakes for 1 meal a day (a VERY low cal meal). I guess i am just tired of doing this and this waiting game i want my surgery and i want it now hahahaha even though i am scared i know i have my angel with me (my grandfather) who will protect me! Thanks for listening and comments are more than welcome:smile:
