Yes ma'am. It is almost worse than labor contractions. I am not trying to scary anyone away. I am very sensitive to medicine therefore, I opted out of the Dilaudid and felt and feel alot of pain. In addition, I am super nauseated and only able to sip a few ounces. Some of this is to be expected and everyone handles pain different so please don't take this the wrong way. I know I did this to better my health! On a good note, I am not hungry ?

  2. Hey I don't believe there is a such thing as being too skinny. I used to be 400lbs and I lost down to 250lbs through diet and exercise. I used to here that alot. I just assumed it was from them being jealous or not used to seeing me that size. I would hear, "If you lose another pound" or "where the other half of you?" Anyway, please don't let it phase you! It is your body and your health.... Keep up the good work!

I have Aetna too and it took about a week after they received everything. I was informed that they have 14 days to make a decision. Hopefully you will hear from them soon!

  4. Biotin is a good natural product to use. It will strengthen your hair, nails, skin. Every supplement/medications have side effects. Biotin could possibly increase facial hair and cause acne among other things. I counteract the side effects with a Vitamin B complex, which is good for you as it will help increase blood flow to the scalp. And of course a multivitamin, Protein, and Water. A Shampoo wtih Vitamin E and Keratin. I am a nurse practitioner and I have prescribed this to many patients and have seen great results. As always, check with your doctor before taking any supplements. Best Wishes!
