  1. I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. What I meant was that your new stomach is so small now that you will feel sick quick, that's why I gave you the baby example. I gave you that example from my own experiences. I had my surgery two years ago, and when I drink one glass of alcohol, I feel very drunk as if I drank six glassss of alcohol. My comment was not sarcastic, it simply was an example. You asked, and I tried to answer it as simple as possible.

Thank you and I truly I appreciate the clarity. Understood and thanks for sharing more specifically on all of the above its helpful. I'm here to gain constructive feedback and assist where I can. I have seen some over opinionated and rude folks on here. Again grateful we clarified the misunderstanding

  5. Lift heavy weight. Most women are scared to lift heavy but that's what it takes to build muscle. My wife is a convert and loves weight training now. Squats, deadlifts, rows, bench press. Strong lifts 5x5 is a good place to start. Give it a Google.

I'm a woman and I love lifting heavy. I am doing it now to build more muscle before my surgery. Intermittent fasting also helps. Not sure it works with WLS, but I think I read someone doing IF and weights too.

The only way to build muscle requires the intake of carbohydrates with the Protein. And also try carb cycling. One day higher one day lower. it plays with the insulin levels on your blood and helps promote muscle growth.
    thanks !!

  7. I am so excited that I finally have my lower body lift booked for June 8, 2017!! I'll be having the LBL and Lipo to my thighs! I wanted this procedure so badly last year, but it just wasn't meant to be! On the plus side, we had an additional year to save more money (and ended up having even more than we thought we would need!) and I'll have enough PTO to take 5 weeks off for recovery! Last year I learned that short term disability does not cover this procedure as it is elective. That's part of the reason I couldn't have it last year. I just couldn't just justify paying for the surgery AND taking the time off to recover unpaid (since I hadn't saved up the vacation time). This is the icing on the cake for me, and such a huge part of my transformation! I have been looking forward to this since even before my sleeve surgery!!! So excited to finally have all of my hard work really show!

that awesome!!! I have my appmnt next month, but my ins has to approve it 1st,

Im prying for directions I lost 93 pnds but my skin its not to saggy

    wish you the best!!!!!
