I bought chocolate premier Protein shakes 18 pack @ costco.They have 30 g of protein. I have my surgery tomorrow. I'm nervous. I have tried the shake and they are pretty good. They are recommended by a lot of sources. Hope this helps. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
