December 10, 20169 yr Ok people, let's talk Protein shakes. Which do you love, which do you hate & why? I'm pre-op and saw my surgeon today. December 10, 20169 yr Popular Post Before surgery most of them were fine to me, post-surgery my taste buds are messed up. I tried a million of them and could only get down Premier vanilla or chocolate. Now almost 6 weeks out I am so sick of them, trying to stick with Vitamin water and getting the rest from foods (although I can't eat much) Stay tuned, I am sure I will be on to something else next week.
