Thank you everyone, I am having the sleeve surgery on 2/14 and I am excited and nervous at the same time.
I have started my liquid diet today.
I am not worried about the first couple weeks but more about remembering to eat once back to work.

Hi! You're doing great! My operation is tomorrow so I'll be on my five Protein shakes today! I am going to enjoy a bowl of chicken broth today so I can eat at the table with the family!

I have heart issues too and at 38 that was not a good thing for me. Also, I didn't like being fat. It made me feel sad to know that I had done this to me so I wanted to do something good for myself due to for so many years I was bad to my body. I thank God for having the sleeve. It has really changed a lot about how I think about life and living a healthy life.

Hey guys.
I just wanted to thank you all for the helpful links, tips and advice that this forum provided pre and post op. It was thanks to the testimony of many of you that I decided to get the surgery.
I was sleeved on Nov. 7th and as of this day have lost a total of 51.5 lbs (starting weight was 352 and currently 300.5) Cant wait to put off more!

I like Gene pro medical grade protien. It has 30 grams of protien and 57 calories. I put it in coffee or Soup, yogurt, smoothies, whatever. It is a nearly flavorless powder. Available on Amazon.
