Gaul stones
I had my gall bladder removed a few years before surgery and let me tell you...you will feel so much better if its your gall bladder thats causing u the issue. I let my gall stones get so bad I had a gall bladder attack that caused an infection, the pain was horrible. I am so glad I don't have it now, I cant imagine having my sleeve and gall stones yikes! Best of luck Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal mobile app

Any single men from Michigan?
I am looking for single people in Michigan that have experienced weight loss surgery. I have tried other sites and either I am too picky or just cannot relate. I am also looking to start a singles meetup so us Michiganders can get out and have some fun!

Waterford michigan- Day 00001 Post-Op!
Congrats. Hopefully you will feel better soon. I am about 9 weeks out- Support person
Most hospitals require someone to stay during surgery and when you are discharged. My parents had to stay with me up until i made it out of surgery then my mom picked me up the following day. It is mainly due to pain meds in your system and not being able to drive for a bit. Hope everything goes okay for u, best of luck- How much do you know about your surgeon??
I researched my surgeon by googling before I had surgery. I looked at before and after pics of patients and read testimonials. I am not really sure if this answers your question, best of luck! Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal mobile app- Nausea
I am 8 weeks post op and I still take zofran and reglan. Sent from my SM-G920P using BariatricPal mobile app- I can't eat... 2 weeks post op HELP PLEASE
Have your doctor give you zofran and reglan and also omeprezole. I am 8 weeks post op and i was nauseated everyday, even with the zofran. My doc gave me reglan and it helped with both the yucky feeling and I am able to eat more without gagging. Hopefully you feel better. I ate chunky savory vegetable soup by Campbells and strained it and added some hot Water , it tasted good! I also ate tomato soup from panera bread. The chicken based soups didnt taste good after surgery besides lipton chicken noodle strained. Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App- Losing the fat roll!

Thanks you guys! Best of luck to you also Sent from my SM-G920P using the BariatricPal App- How do you handle people asking questions
As a private person usually I would keep my surgery and weight loss journey to myself but I have done the complete opposite. I am 100 percent proud of my decision and am open about it with co workers, friends, family, etc. It is your life and your choices, do what feels best just for you.
