  4. Thanks Ldyvenus. I will push more water in.
  5. Has anyone experienced dry & cracking lips? For some reason my lips are starting to peel. I've never in my life had this before. I'm only getting in about 26 ounces of water. I no longer can drink as much as I used too. Can anyone give me some advice?

  10. According to my doctor you have not stalled. He says you will lose about 2 pounds a week at that point. I'm at the same point & I was worried to. Luckily, my appointment was right around the corner.
  11. I understand where your coming from A Creative New Day. I'm a month out from surgery and I can't get my protein in as well. I seen my doctor this past Tuesday and he says I'm losing 2 pounds a week now. That's without get in all the water & protein in. Now I just don't feel like eating. I'm forcing myself. Hang in there & try to get as much fluids in as possible. There are other ways to get in your protein besides shakes. Try yogurt, refried beans, cream of chicken soup. They helped me. Good luck
  12. Thx Numbergurl37. Mucinex doesn't work for me so I'm doing Theraflu. I will try the chicken noodle soup. Anything is better than just saltines. I'm starving. Hope you feel better soon as well.
  13. Sleeved on Jan. 30th, 2017--I've came down with the flu & cant keep anything down or in. Saltines seems to be the only thing working. I'm getting in water & cran-grape juice. No protein whatsoever. I've tried yogurt, protein shakes & all. Nothing is sticking with me. Went to my family doctor and all she gave me was cough suppressant that's not working. Anybody have any good advice?

  15. I'm trying to feel my way through this site. I don't know about the rest of you but I find this site hard to update. I haven't been able to put in any of my activities/profile. Moreless, give my story. Is there any other newbies out there with these same problems?
  16. Black2028-Take it slow. I remember going through that just as well. I thought I was crazy for doing it but now I realize it's up to me to make these serious changes. Give it some more time Black and be positive. I'm here if you need to chat.
