Low Vitamin D and B12 levels

Yes, I've had low Vitamin D and low B1(Thiamine)...not B12. I've also been prescribed Vitamin D (50,000 unit) weekly and B1 (50mg) daily...I'm glad they discovered the deficiency....I have more energy throughout the day. Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App -
