  1. Honestly this was easier than having babies to me (had 2 csections) take the time you can but you will be fine sooner than you think [emoji170] progress starts in the mind
  2. I took 2 weeks but could have probably only 1 I work 12 hour shifts on a physch floor at the hospital progress starts in the mind
  3. If they don't want to change its fine .. I'm just saying healthier like I want them to stay around longer healthier.... bit if they don't I'll love them till the end anyway progress starts in the mind

  6. I work 12 hours on a psych unit I took 2 weeks off but after week 1 I think i would have been ok... but I also had sleeve and hernia repair not the removal of the band progress starts in the mind
  7. Just looking for words of encouragement or others maybe went through it... My surgery was jan 30 2017 I have lost 68lbs but the past 2 weeks been stuck... I did miss the gym several days because of an injury and had my cycle (I realize tmi but were grown lol) started at 259 I'm at 190 to 191 progress starts in the mind
  8. So not every one will qualify but go to insure.com and I can't remember if you email or what but look on there your insurance may cover some protein shakes for you! I know alot of people are on a budget and even 4 months out this is a big help to me! Just want to pay it forward as another member on here told me about It! Even my Dr office didn't know they just ask your insurance info and some Dr info progress starts in the mind

  12. I got some work done I'm almost 3 months post op nothing for the surgery it's self I had the owl on my side colored in more and a star on my theigh progress starts in the mind

  14. Went back to 12 hrs on my feet at 3 weeks 2nd week I was fine just was tired quicker... The pain seemed to be gone after a week progress starts in the mind
  15. I was back to work with my psych patients at 3 weeks my Dr cleared me for the gym at 2 progress starts in the mind
  16. You look great I'm starting to get some of the same mess if they love us they will adapt and keep it moving ... if not well... We should have known a long time ago ...keep up the awesome work progress starts in the mind
  17. It's not dumping but I experienced this right after surgery it should stop soon don't worry I think the body just adjusting progress starts in the mind
  18. My dietician said it's not a good idea that it is better for your body to be doing whatever it would on its own at the time of surgery progress starts in the mind

  20. Just an update in case anyone sees or needs this thread now that I am continuing to keep up with my fluid intake I'm having no more problems with uti burning or anything progress starts in the mind

I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks it's finally starting to move I am doing weights and all but that terrifies me....finally lost 1lb this morning ( I weigh everyday) but I was told I had to eat more cause my body was holding on to it cause of low calories but I still worry about eating to much [emoji58] progress starts in the mind

  24. I had to pay 1200 to the Dr office and then 600 for hospital admit... got a bill yesterday for 239 in the mail from the surgeon office...doesnt seem like I should have to pay so much but my deductible is met for the year at least progress starts in the mind
  25. I don't feel different but I do see how I'm treated different so far and I've only lost 45lbs people are friendlier and such progress starts in the mind
