Just looking for words of encouragement or others maybe went through it... My surgery was jan 30 2017 I have lost 68lbs but the past 2 weeks been stuck... I did miss the gym several days because of an injury and had my cycle (I realize tmi but were grown lol) started at 259 I'm at 190 to 191

I didn't have a stall until around 4-5 months. Keep working your plan. Your body has to take time out to "rearrange". There's alot going on. Don't get disouraged. You're doing great!!!

Everyone goes through some phase of stall at some time during this journey. A 2 week stall is in my opinion not something to worry about.
