Technically it isn't dumping. Dumping syndrome has more to do with making you feel terrible from eating certain foods...not running to the bathroom! It's also associated more with RNY and not the sle

Hello! I was sleeved on 3/8/17. (Two weeks ago) and I'm down 26.6 pounds since that day. I am on puréed foods starting tomorrow. (Very exciting)...however, today I started diarrhea. Omgggg it's horrible. I drink my protein shakes. 4 ounces of organic fat free LACTOSE free milk with one scoop of "Eat The Bear" chocolate protein powder and three small ice cubes in the shaker bottle. I drink 3-4 of them a day (32grams of protein each) and drinking all my water and avoiding sitting all day to keep moving. I'm taking all of my chewable vitamins and started biotin to make sure I don't lose my hair. I do drink chicken broth and I've had part skim ricotta cheese mixed with some low sodium marinara sauce heated up and I've had sugar free orange jello.
What could be causing the dumping ?? I'm not lactose intolerant and all the milk I'm drinking with the protein powder is lactose free from the start. (Even started shakes 8 days before surgery)
Ugh I just don't wanna live with my tummy rumbling and running to bathroom all the time. Ugh. Help!
