On the liquid diet I have lost 6.5 pounds in 4 days, I know some of you have probably lost way more but on account I've been the same weight since August 2015, yes thats the correct year lol been the same weight for over a year, ive managed to only fluctuate by like 2 pounds but not actually keep losing so I'm so happy to see what the next 10 days bring and then also after surgery liquid diet sucks for sure, you may of seen the post i posted before about it but I'm beginning to see how beneficial it is not just to shrink liver but its teaching me I'm more head hungry then actually hungry! before I just ate cause I saw it and would think to myself I like how that item taste lets eat it! But now that I can't have all those yummy things I wish I could I'm not even hungry and all I'm eating is 2 Protein Shakes a day, a couple sugar free popsicles, 1-2 sugar free Jello, and a whole bunch of Water and crystal lights, but I'm not dying of hungry, I'm still wishing i could be eating all the food the rest of my family is because I'm seeing it and dreaming about how i know it taste so good haha but I'm not actually hungry for it

I am scheduled for 12/21. Having my preadmission testing tomorrow and starting my liquid diet Monday!
When is your surgery?
People who know think I'm crazy having this done RIGHT before xmas but heck - no time like the present! LOL this is the best time of year with work that I can take time off - besides, I figured the winter is a good time to bundle up and loose weight and when spring/summer rolls around, I'm "ready" ! SUPER excited, can you tell!?

I made a group called "December 2016 Sleevers!" I would love for everyone who has a surgery date in December to join! lets be a great support system for each other and go on this journey to a better us with great friends. Share our success and failures along the way, cheer each other on, wether you already have support from your family and friends or from nobody at all like I've unfortunately seen from some, lets make sure we definitely have each other to lean on! btw they say you normally gain weight around the holidays, are we crazy?! haha
