Stories like yours are what keep me going on the days I don't feel like working out. I've lost about 45lbs so far after 3 months and I can't see a difference yet. It gets discouraging but then I read posts about success after WLS and it motivates me to keep trekking on. You look amazing. Congrats on your achievements.

I personally favor the Premier protein drinks. They are already made so all you have to do is grab one and go. They actually taste pretty good. I believe there are about five different flavors of them. Bananas and cream is my favorite.
