Try lean shake ( snickerdoodle ) from GNC is very yummy... The box have 12 bottles and is $25. Is ready shake...have Fiber and help you to fell full... Also the orange flavor powder from lean shake is.....super deli and have more fiber.
My surgery is on tuesday 21...I'm very scared....
