Hey I'm March 16th as well! I'll be heading out to Tijuana on 3/15. Excited yet nervous. I'm so over this weight. Current weight is 286. I start my 2 week pre op diet on 3/2!

There are also good doctors through this site like Dr. Illan. There is already a measure of risk going to Mexico, make sure you find a good doctor.

@@livie1000 how long is the stay with them? And how much is it for the gastric Sleeve. I randomly came across them as well and wasn't able to find any YouTube videos or reviews on them or the dr.

@@teetee88 @@vbrewer82 I'm in the same boat as u guys I was thinking Illian but my finances... idk how do you go about the in house financing thing???
@@BrandNew Lady you basically put down the deposit of $2500 three weeks before your surgery and then you have a monthly draft of $200-300 come out of your account for 10 months. They use Wells Fargo. You can speak to the patient coordinator for more info.

This is true. I meant to say that I have no general deposit that must be paid now. But yeah I have the same. And I'll be making that deposit 3 weeks in advance. I've done as much research as I could. And I feel comfortable with Dr Q and his staff. Plus Jack has been really responsive and pleasant.

Hey I am also scheduled with Dr Q at Pompeii. They don't require a deposit so I am still open to other decisions. But as of right now I am pretty satisfied with my decision. I, like yourself couldn't afford the surgery without their in house financing. I just wasn't ready to spend everything at once especially when I have other obligations as well. I'm pretty familiar with the procedure as I did all pre op testing only to find out that bariatric procedures are an exclusion in my plan.

Hi! So even if your employer doesn't cover bariatric procedures, can you still fight the denial? I did all visits through my primary Anthem but I have no bariatric benefits. I do have Aetna HMO Medicaid that will but I am just curious.
March 16 sleever here!
