  1. So I have been really into working out both pre and post vsg--mostly Zumba and other group classes. I've lost about 50 lbs and I've noticed there's much more jiggle and bouncing when I move--butt, back, stomach, just everywhere. Does anyone have a good brand of workout clothes that help keep your body in place? I've never gotten any special work out gear before. Thanks in advance!!


  2. I haven't read all the posts so sorry if repeating. I get days like this when I don't have my shakes. Once it starts too there is no fixing it for the day. Focus on drinking Protein Shakes during 9-5 to help the evening snacking. Also, is your nutritionist one that works with strictly bariatric patients? If not, find one that does. I've never heard of grains being suggested so soon after surgery



  3. Cals need to be more around 800 post surgery. All great tools and advice though!! Unfortunately the only thing that will stop the cravings is to cut out bread completely--at least until you reach goal or close to. I am going through the same thing with sugar and I've just promised myself once I'm in maintenance and have more cals to spare, some will go towards dessert. :)
