Their is a 7-10 day pouch reset that you can find on Pinterest. My friend was 2 years post op and she did this and now she is back in the weight loss groove. Down 15 pounds in a month. Good luck! Y'all are not failures. You didn't come this far to give up! You can do it!!!!
