I'm not here to make someone believe what's realistic or not so I'm supposed to downplay my journey or not post my victories just for someone else to believe was realistic or not? Come on now that makes no sense.. you want realistic go to your doctor and get a chart you don't go on a site and look at other people and judge them.

( I'm no where close to where I want to be.. Only being almost 3 months out I didn't want to post any side by sides)

I'm not here to post what's realistic I never once said in two weeks you will lose 40 pounds like I did I said what I lost, I never put a dream up there like everybody's going to lose weight like this all I did was post what happened to me. I never told anyone that they will lose weight just like I did all I can do is post about my journey I can't speak for no one else and I'm not going to. But to say someone else is "unrealistic" that's very wrong to say to anyone how can you tell somebody else what's unrealistic? how can you know what's going on within my body how can you know my drive? My hard work? My genetics? Every one is one in a billion.. Don't put me in a bunch

I would have felt exactly the same, and I would have reacted less diplomatically so she is lucky it was not my picture she was commenting on or it would have ended differently lol. You did not seem happy. its quite discouraging to see negitive posts on posts that should be full of support, we all know people lose at different rates, she should not hide a way because she is one of the ones who experiance rapid weightloss.

Okay I h as to ask how did you lose that much weight in 2 weeks, you were on just liquid? I only ask because I'm struggling right now to stay in just liquids

This is not about what is realistic. It is not the OP to tell others what to expect.
Your first comment was " its unrealistic" no weldone or congrats. I think saying you were happy for her in the original comment not after she called you out.
You can not put the responsibility on the OP if people do not know realistic outcomes.
You want many to succeed but not those who lose like the OP? Only those who lose slower or more average get a weldone?
I am a believer that all deserve a weldone, 1 lb or 40lbs. But that is just me.
Bringing one down to prove to others this is not usual? I think its clear it is not average and you should trust that people can research themselves.
Even 28lbs in 2 weeks is unrealistic FOR ME. I do not go round commenting such on each weightloss post lol.

Hell 10 years is a long time..a Different time.. and different ages.. Different doc, You can't compare yourself to anyone! everyone and our body's are different.. You got the surgery a decade ago when it was a fairly new wls.. So please I no your a "vet" but don't try that "I've been doing this so I know better" crap on me because you don't know me.. Yes the dates were correct.. The scale as well, I weighed myself at work and the docs office. They were impressed as well as i people have to realize that I started out at a high weight plus a lot of it was water because I did end up getting 12 lb back the following 3 days later and then I stalled. But every one's journey and body is different. I've always been able to lose weight very fast but also take a bite of a burger and I'll gain 20 lbs just as fast. That's why I choose this tool

I've lost a total of 20 pounds since August 12 (start of my liquid diet weighing at 314) and my surgery was August 18! Which I weighed 303 and now I'm down to 294.... you inspire me girl! [emoji2][emoji171]

I'm not being nasty.. & if I am I'm not trying to come of as such, I'm happy I'm losing my weight finally & it's staying off for once in my life & then some one comes at me like "that's not right" no way my efforts won't be put down!! I don't like when someone is trying to tell me.. About me, how could anyone correct me on that. Alot of people on here like to talk to people like there doctors or Like they know it all.... And quick to want to correct someone's journey.. I'm not going for it. But again can't compare my journey to a million that's been heard in a decade.. Everyone is different that's all I'm saying, I'm not the only one to lose fast won't be the last, But it is very possible ....

And yeah 12 pounds came back 3 days from the original posting date... I have since lost that plus more.. Almost 70 pounds lost since my surgery.. Or is that impossible to?

To be honest, I was in pain the first week, after that I was totally fine.. The site where they pull your stomach out hurts the most .. But now I'm going on 3 weeks post op and my incisions are already healed up..

Girl I'll take saggy skin over almost being 400 pounds that's where I was heading.. This is your life.. Screw skin ... I don't even care I look and feel better than ever.. Do I have saggy skin.. Yes am I mad, nope I wear my arms out and all... When I'm at goal.. Might look into it but that should be the last thing on your mind girl

Yes it's from the high sugar, I suffer with a condition called PCOS and acanthosis nigricans it made my neck and cheeks darker, my over all skin to darker to its " too much insulin in your bloodstream" but as I dropped the weight my skin has become much clear and my dark matches are lighting up I'm going to have to change foundations soon.. Lol
