Surgery went well on January 3rd,just a little sore in the stomach. The gas is the worst party of recovery.

I don't think there is anything that can prepare us for this! No matter how much research I have done, I still don't feel prepared. At this point, it is an educated leap of faith! You will do great. I hope everything goes smoothly for you.

January 3rd is my date.
Im not nervous at all, still neutral. I think im ready to get everything over with. I had a few road bumps but I think I did pretty good on the 2wk liquid diet i lost 10lbs.

11 more days of the liquid diet. This stinks, I know its mostly head hunger but part of it is that I have already done the diet and half way through it my surgery date changed. So it is my second time around. It is mostly boring. But I have found I prefer the Carnation Light start to the Premier. But I am doing both and then just sugar free Jello and I can have sugar free popsicles but I have not had those yet. They seem a bit bland to me
