I'm chomping at the bit to move to stewed meat phase, but am being a good girl and waiting. I weighed in Monday 10/24 at 308.6 and yesterday (9 days later) at 295.2 I found Ancient Nutrition bone broth Protein at my local health food store to be the easiest to tolerate. 14. I am 9 days post op. You can do this! I HIGHLY recommend seeing your center's nutritionist! I've been scouring Pinterest for "bariatric recipes". So. Much. Awesomeness! I was a little concerned about mourning foods after surgery, but I have found some great bariatric-friendly pizza recipes. Plus the tomato soup I had yesterday totally met that craving!
