  1. congrats! pre-op for me was a pre-op photo, some paperwork, weighing...talking about what to do/what not to do before surgery.
  2. Oooh - you are going to be just fine and laugh about how worried you were after you are banded. I never had surgery before either and I want to have another band put in just so I can get pampered again!!! It was such a simple experience.
  3. Hi - just post a note on my blog via the link above.
  4. Ugh - this is getting a little bit confusing - so the easiest way for me to track all of the requests is if you post a comment in my blog as a response to the thread on the tracker - that way I can simply reply to the thread and send you the tracker! Sorry for the extra step - but I want to make sure I don't miss anyone! (if i haven't sent one to you yet, please post in the blog and I will be sure to send it right over!) Here is the link to my blog with the post on the tracker: Get my Excel weight loss tracker…for FREE! Lise The Loser’s Weblog
  5. sent! i can only hope to be as successful as you! my inspiration!
  6. Yes! you can definitely adjust the dates - or, just let me know what date you would like it to start on and I'll make one especially for you. lise
  7. Wow - look at your weight loss - how fantastic! You should have the excel tracker - but I am in awe of your success!!!! Congrats!
  8. Awhhh - thanks, Susan! I'm always happy to share anything and everything that may make weight loss even an ounce (or in this case...a cc) easier!
  9. Hey - I'm a montgomery girl from NWWLS, as well! And yes - I was a big ball of gassy-ness for the first week and a half after surgery. Milk of Magnesia (MOM) helped a lot but walking was what really allowed the gas to "break on through".
  10. WoW! fantastic and congrats!
  11. i was told exactly the same thing. I chew like there is no tomorrow. My jaw hurts after each meal - but I have not vomited once - so it must be working!
  12. AP (10cc) Band inside of me! I currently have 5cc's filled.
  13. I created my own weight loss spreadsheet with calculations for a trending graph chart. If anyone would like it, I'll send it over to you (no cost, of course). Just reply to the link on my blog and it's all yours. Get my Excel weight loss tracker…for FREE! Lise The Loser’s Weblog Lise

  15. i was on liquids (slimfast, tomato soup, yogurt) for 1 week then mushies. I'm on solids now.
