VLOGS! Do you have one, Duodenal Switchers?

I use my iphone 6plus but I use the app MoviePro, because my front mic doesn't work, so I can tell it to use the pic on the back! No fear, just do it!

Being in theatre, at some point, sharing.. not for fame or money, but for strength, empathy, knowledge and inslpiration, might bubble up enough that you do something with it....really fantastic projects to to do: 1. Publish it as a a pdf book file. 2. Read it and release it as an audio file. 2. Video record yourself reading it. 3. Have a college student perform it as a monologue live or just video someone else reading it. That is 11 years of invaluable emotions, feelings, and information to share!!! Just to put a bee in your bonnet, I would read it as an audio file, but it would be best if a woman read it, but I would do it: ). Thank you!! Couraggio! Mille grazie to those who have posted their VLOG links so far!!

sipps or a modified DS has only asstinissis (sp?) and 3 meters of the ileum intestines left. My insurance wouldn't pay for it but would pay fior the standard DS, which has two asstunissis and only leave 1 meter of intestines, which causes much more malabsorption and dihirea. My doc did the standard but consulted some fellow surgeons at a conference the week before and just left 3 meters rather than the one, meter of the standard, which made me extremely happy, since with SIPS there can be "backwash" issues or the bile/chum moving back behind the stomach's asstinissis. (So sorry about my spelling of the sewing of the intestines to itself). I vlog, too, so feel free to learn more. http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLNUyvSuQuzZETcJLYdyPrhqvF5XvuJHHv 4 weeks post op. H265 s219 c189 g150. 56 male 5'6"

yeah, the Jello liquified at body temperature, so leave in your mouth longer. As for the shake, too much air in it? The premade Premerire Proteins were great, no bubbles. Like Brandies said, if you use a blender or anything adding air, stay one ahead. Drink the one from the fridge and make one and put it in the fridge to replace it. Also, that third or fourth sip is gonna get you, sometimes, bubbles or not. Look at your index(pointy) finger. that's about all you have to fill up! Just did some real disrespectful stuff!

I am just glad you didn't rip anything and seem remorseful. I know I will be at the same decision point in the future, so thanks for the "heads up" to think about it now! DuodenalSwitchMan(vlog on YT)

    Gastric sleeve Nov 7

It will be! Think of yourself just like a baby coming out of your mama's womb. You would never hand that baby a steak or all these chemicals in this fake food. We want to get into real Food, albeit blended up in a ninja, as soon as possible. Making old fashion cream of wheat or maltomeal with I sweated almond milk (to make your own, 1 cup almonds, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 4 cups Water in a Quisinart for 3-4 min, strain) old fashion egg custard (hasty pudding-from YANKEE Doodle) with real vanilla bean or lime or lemon juice. You can add a Protein scoop, stevia or just extra egg white for a protein boost. Real food -hidden nutrients. Also, since we eat so little, invest in organic now. DuodenalSwitchMan(vlog on YT)

    When did you drink alcohol?

Being a "Mr. Goodie-two Shoes" I stayed away from breaking the law. But, this last summer I was in Denver for a convention and legally I digested pot gummy worms. Yay for California voters! I am definitely bringing them up to my surgeon next week at my one week post-opt. I really preferred the emotional "not worrying what people think about me" feeling, just letting myself notice my surroundings, freeing me so much better than my two gin martinis. has anyone else had a discussion about edibles? Question

From what I've read surgery swelling and pain can last 30 days. That being said, I am at day 4 and I get pain from three things. 1. taking that 4th sip without wait 15 mins between sips. 2. pressing on several of my incisions and 3. No helping myself get out of bed correctly or twisting. DuodenalSwitchMan(vlog on YT)
