I was lucky. I lived on protein shakes and pureed/chopped wonton soup. I did well and lost 22lbs in the 14 days. I did have a food funeral before the liquid diet. I am allowed pureed Soups on mine, so I have a shake in the AM and then pureed broth based Soup for lunch and dinner. Snacks are sugar free Jello.
