How much is the cost difference??

Same here, I drink just fine and am 8 days post. Heavy Soups with Protein Powder are a little different. I have to do those slow

I was having a rough day yesterday with Valentines. I wanted chocolate. I settled for chocolate fairlife milk. It was amazing and high in protein

What is your daily consumption? Calories, carbs, etc

Just wish it went off as easy and fast as it goes on

My pee has progressively gotten stronger, but I am not in pain and am in ketosis. It's almost as strong as asparagus pee

I treated myself to 4 oz Fairlife chocolate milk. Good Protein source and satisfied the nagging chocolate desire.

Following

1st day full liquids. Protein goal 70g and 64 Oz liquids. I don't want to eat/drink anymore since I filled my meal quota.

I didn't finish the shake by 2 oz.

For lunch I pulled out the yogurt mixture I made. It took about 1.5 hours to get 8oz. But the stomach was ok with it!

Tonight will be cream of chicken Soup.

I haven't gone in about 9 days. I don't feel bad and I was on Clear Liquids only. So I don't think there is much in the pipes

I'm about half way through my shake and so far, so good

I am going to try my Protein Shake instead of the yogurt this morning. Praying things don't go sour

Hi guys! I am in East Orlando and I had my surgery with Dr. Teixeira in March 2015, I'm having an endoscopic suturing revision done with him on March 1 to combat some weight gain from a stretched sleeve (my fault [emoji21])

I highly recommend Dr Teixeira and would love to get to know some local sleevers for support this time for sure, as I think it may have impacted my success to try and go it alone last time!

I am afraid to try new foods after tonight. Tomorrow I am on full liquids. I tried to make drinkable yogurt with Greek yogurt and Fairlife milk. I had about a tsp. of it and my tummy twisted and turned in an unhappy manner.

With my clear liquid diet, I am only getting about 100 cal / day and no real Protein. I have Jello legs. Tomorrow I start full liquids which includes Protein Shakes.

I want to start tonight, but I am not hungry

How far out are you? I'm 2 weeks post op today and I can eat everything! I don't have any feelings of fullness and I feel like I'm not eating enough

At that time, 6 days post-op. I have a 9 week recovery program/diet. Are you sure you should be eating everything?

I just started the BariatricPal multi vitamin patches.

Note the cup on the plate...that's my dinner. Smelled good but didn't really miss the ribs and potatoes

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I've been scared to move forward with surgery in Mexico, but I'm researching and reading so many positive reviews about Dr Illan and BariatricPal. I think I'm ready for the next step. I'm also in Alaska! So if you don't mind, I'd like to pm you with some travel and experience questions. Let me know if that's ok. Hoping to schedule surgery before June 2017.
