  1. Glad I found rhis thread. I have put on 7-10 lbs recently and want to get back to basics. I am going to three meals and one Protein Shake, at least 64 oz. of Water and am going to aim for 20-30 of walking at least four days a week. I do really well all day and then blow it in the evening hours. I just want to snack mindlessly and know that I cannot. Any thoughts or hints on how to stop craving sugar and carbs or at least cut them way down?
