I had a gastric bypass because I already had terrible reflux. My doc said that the sleeve would make it worse.

I'm starting in the morning. I had gastric bypass on 5/18/16 and weighed this morning at 202.4 lbs. I would like to lose at least 25 lbs to reach my goal weight. My goals are to drink more Water, get more Protein in and walk at least three days. I have been stalled for over a month.

I take 10,000 mcg daily.

I have been stalled for about 5 weeks. I am almost 9 months post-op. I'm trying to be patient but am getting highly annoyed. Hang in there and I will too.

I am six months post-op Gastric Bypass and am wondering how many calories I should be eating daily? Some days I feel like I eat to much and other days not enough. Help please.

I don't have any friends either but just joined the other day. Would love new friends!

I don't think there is a need unless you have other health problems that require one.
Back to basics and really doing it!

Glad I found rhis thread. I have put on 7-10 lbs recently and want to get back to basics. I am going to three meals and one Protein Shake, at least 64 oz. of Water and am going to aim for 20-30 of walking at least four days a week. I do really well all day and then blow it in the evening hours. I just want to snack mindlessly and know that I cannot. Any thoughts or hints on how to stop craving sugar and carbs or at least cut them way down?
