  1. Glad I found rhis thread. I have put on 7-10 lbs recently and want to get back to basics. I am going to three meals and one protein shake, at least 64 oz. of water and am going to aim for 20-30 of walking at least four days a week. I do really well all day and then blow it in the evening hours. I just want to snack mindlessly and know that I cannot. Any thoughts or hints on how to stop craving sugar and carbs or at least cut them way down?

  3. I'm starting in the morning. I had gastric bypass on 5/18/16 and weighed this morning at 202.4 lbs. I would like to lose at least 25 lbs to reach my goal weight. My goals are to drink more water, get more protein in and walk at least three days. I have been stalled for over a month. SW 279 CW 202.4 GW 175
