casondra got a reaction from AMVV12 in Surgery in Mexico?
My insurance won't cover WLS. Is there anyone that had their surgery performed in Mexico and has any advise for self pay? I've done LOTS of research but would like to know if I'm crazy for considering another country.

Hey. Day after my surgery. Feeling good. I just wanted to say that this has been a great experience. Everyone has been wonderful. Dr Garcia has done a great job from all I can see. My sister-in-law is with me. She is a 30 year icu nurse in the states and she is impressed. Just wanted anyone considering here to know my experience.
